Often a true assessment of your property and its ability to take on a Tiny Home requires an in-person visit to the site. Locating utility points and taking measurements to inform your budget and logistical pathways. After the visit, you will receive a report that will break down budget, timeline and specific links/recommendations based on your goals and vision from our consultation. Feasibility report includes fact finding research specific to your project to get answers you can use to move your project forward, this includes planning department approvals, utility connection specifics and local vendor esitmates for the all in project time and budget estimates.
